Paragon Crystal Bug where 7*s don’t appear. No this is not a joke.

Hey there’s this bug where 7*s are not appearing anywhere within the crystal reel of Paragon crystals sometimes. It’s happened to me twice now and I was able to get a small bit of footage of the glitch the 2nd time if you want me to send the video. I don’t know if this is a visual glitch or if they really aren’t there but there have now been 2 crystals where I have seen 0 7* champs. I duped my 7* Gwen the other day from a Paragon so I’m not mad that I’m not pulling 7*s left and right I’m just saying they’re straight up nowhere to be seen.

The reel is fake and not indicative of what you're going to get in the crystal. 7*s not showing up isn't abnormal as there's a lot less of them than there are 4, 5 and 6 star champs for it to pull from to show

Oh yeah I should include that when this happened yesterday I backed out of the crystal and went back in and it worked again, but this is kind of something that should be handled quickly if it’s a real issue and I’m not crazy or stupid or something. I’m not the only one who has noticed this btw I’ve heard others talking too.

Yes I know that. I’m saying that they literally are not in the crystal at all. It’s like I’m opening Cavs without the 3*s.

Why even see what you not gonna get anyway lol those crystals are terrible the chances of pulling a 6* are small let alone a 7*

Idk it’s just something that should get fixed. I’ve gotten 2 7*s from Paragons (same one twice) so far, idk about you tho.

@Imagine_Wagons69420 Yeah it should be fixed but the game has so many issues this is small in comparison. Congrats on the 7* pulls I have opened more of those crystals than I can count since they were released and barley see 6* and definitely not a 7*

What are you wanting to get fixed exactly? Just because you don't see a 7* in the reel or pull a 7* doesn't mean anything is broken.

As soon as you drop the crystal the game generates the champ you will get. This has been proven many times by having two accounts in the same alliance. As soon as you drop the crystal the champ you get immediately appears on the alliance champs opened list. You can let it spin out for 30 seconds but you are just wasting time

Guys they are literally asking if it's a bug with the visual display. This is not a post complaining about 7*s not coming out of the crystals. All the user said was that there may be an issue with the display of the crystal reels not showing the jackpot, which is a real possibility and exactly what a post like this is for.

It's not a bug. Kabam has confirmed in the past that the crystal reel that spins is not fully indicative of the champs actually in the crystal, so just because you don't see them spinning doesn't mean they're not in there.

The visual bug where 7* champs aren’t appearing in the Paragon crystal reels. Like they’re supposed to be there but they’re not. Idk how else to explain this.

I swear so many people in this thread either lack reading comprehension or just read the title and immediately left a comment without reading. Like I know how crystals work and I stated that I know how they do, the fact that I didn’t get a 7* isn’t the issue. The thing that I am reporting is that 7* champions are supposed to be appearing in the Paragon crystal reel, but they are not. This has happened twice now. I have good vision so it’s not that I’ve just missed them, and I have a short video that shows they aren’t in the reel.

Would it be better to show all or many 7-Star champs but when the crystal opens, no 7 or 6-Stars?

I just opened two Paragon crystals and saw 7*s in both reels

i have opened well in excess of 200+ paragon crystals and yet to get a 7*.
so just STFU and stop complaining about nothing.
they are there.

the fact you did not see them in the reel means nothing at all. it is not proof of anything.

the only thing that is proven in this thread is you fail to understand the reel does not show everything available and is just a totally irrelevant random selection of assorted champs.

You clearly don't understand. There is no guarantee that you will always see 7* in the reel when spinning them, it takes 40-50? random champs and starts to show them in different rarities.

but the fact remains, that this guy has been told over and over again that the reel means nothing and that his post is irrelevant, and all he is doing is essentially calling people stupid and not listening.
