Platpool is not showing up in my store even though I have all 5 pieces

As title says, I have all 5 pieces for Platpool from the recent double track, but there is no option for me to trade the pieces for the crystal that it mentions in the store

The crystal is at the bottom of the featured item tab, check there. They are also progression locked, need to be UC for 5* and Cavalier for 6*.
