    Remember he has the most reliable heal block in the game so dont be surprised if cutoff is much higher

    His sp1 lasts minimum 10 seconds and at most 20. That is better then vision or civil warrior

    Wanting clarification here- the 10 to 20 seconds might make it the best, but reliability is different (?)
