Game Crashed while playing EOP last fight

I was doing the last Carina Challenge objective (VOL 3. Alternate Avengers). My team was
Scarlet Witch, CMM, and SheHulk. After I won the last fight vs Thanos, the game was loading then disconnected. When it got back in, the quest was completed but I didn’t receive my Carina Challenge rewards. I spent a lot of revives and potions, time and effort and it was all for nothing.

Definitely send in a ticket and they should be able to help with that.

I did, but I don’t know how long it will take. I just hope they fix it ASAP. I was very eager to take another champion to R5 and open the crystals, but now I’m very disappointed.

Did support solve it? Mine isn't that big, just got kicked out of zone 18 incursions.
