Correct me if i am wrong but she's got armour right? Buff and passive on ramping up

A lot of champs have armor that aren’t armor burn champs. Thor, Angela etc…. Also, she was released after that tactic was introduced.

^ a lot of champions that make sense to have a tactic, arent given one. Perhaps to make you rank up certain other options.
