Arena changes? - tier 3 rank up material.

Has there been any changes in the arena reward during victory screen? I got surprised to see that there was 10 shards of tier3 Basic catalyst as a winning reward. I don’t see any news in the forum if there has been any arena change. I’m providing two pictures as one shows that this is in arena victory screen and one that shows tier3 BC.
