Question about Battlegrounds masteries

So if we change our masteries, the changed masteries aren't applied in Deck unless we do it manually? For example, I can run suicides for other content but non suicides for Battlegrounds, at the same time?

First you will have to manually do a mastery build without suicide mastery and then save it in battleground. That will then only be for the battleground mode.

While your non-suicide mastery build is saved in battleground mode then you can do a suicide mastery without affecting the current one in the battleground and use the second mastery build (suicide mastery) for other game contents.

Just don’t save the new suicide mastery or else it will override. The mastery will swap itself to the saved one automatically so you only need to focus on rearranging your champions deck or starting a fight.
