On my account I can't use my 4*'sig stone on my 4* iceman and same with my 4* venom

    1) the stone needs to match the champion’s class
    2) the champion needs to be awakened

    You need to awaken a champion before using signature stones. You can use a awaken gem to awaken his/her ability, then you can use signature stones.

    You're free to do anything with your materials, but maybe you could want to learn about what champs are more worthy to SIGs them and how many stones put on them.
