I am tired of this thing

After a few months I have come back to the game and it is surprisingly good but this thing is annoying me. It is the in-game update which continuously comes when starting a fight. It might be 3 mb or sometimes 8,9 but the thing is that it doesn't finish fastly as it should. If you talk about my network it is going smoothly. Please tell how to fix this issue or is it a bug
