Moondragon awakening skill bug?

When awakened, moondragons heavy attacks are supposed to gain a certain amount of critical rating while under 1 bar of power and in her psionic transcendence. I have also seen video of these high crit rates. I have a couple videos showing she is not gaining anything extra from her heavy attacks if anyone can tell me how to upload a video. But in the mean time here are 2 screen shots of her awakened, in her transcendence, under 1 bar of power, 40 charges and 25 vulnerability and no extra damage.

What sig is your moondragon? Yes her awakened ability gives you increased crit rating on the heavies, but it’s nowhere close to guaranteed even at sig 200. I don’t believe there’s any bug here, you’re just unlucky

Here is another screen shot. This one clearly shows her at 3 full bars of power and deals the same amount of damage, which should be far less then when thrown below 1 bar of power.

Ah you are 100% misunderstanding her sig ability. She gains extra critical rating on the heavy while below one bar of power. She does not gain extra attack.

I don't get it, can you explain? Because even this from the description indicates the heavies have this extra 3k and it says heavies can chunk out an opponents health bar. Meaning it should deal more damage, no?

No. Critical rating increases the chance that an attack will deal critical damage. When it does crit it will do increased damage, but critical rating does not directly correlate to more attack.
