My Concept for White Tiger (Ava Ayala) - Mystic

Basic Attacks:
- Light attacks have a 100% chance to Neutralize the opponent for 7 seconds, and each subsequent Light hit resets the Neutralize applied.
- Each claw hit of Light attack (2nd, 3rd, 4th) inflicts the Bleed debuff on the opponent, dealing 200 direct damage for 7 seconds.
- Medium attacks apply the Rupture debuff to the opponent, dealing 200 physical damage for 7 seconds.
Heavy Attack (2 Hits):
White Tiger attacks the opponent with its claws.
- White Tiger inflicts Bleed debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
Special 1 "Tiger's Fury" (6 Hits):
White Tiger attacks the opponent with its claws, making brutal cuts several times.
- White Tiger inflicts 6 Bleed debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
Special 2 "Tiger's Grace" (4 Hits):
White Tiger attacks the opponent with kung-fu punches and kicks.
- White Tiger inflicts 4 Rupture debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
- White Tiger inflicts 4 Armor Break debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
Special 3 "Tiger's Power" (9 Hits):
White Tiger unleash the full power of Amulets of Power by attacking the opponent with her claws, kicks, and kung-fu punches. - 9 Hits.
- White Tiger inflicts 3 Bleed debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
- White Tiger inflicts 6 Rupture debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
- White Tiger inflicts 6 Armor Break debuffs on the opponent for 7 seconds.
Passive Abilities:
- Critical Bleed & Rupture: Every third Bleed and Rupture debuff is Critical, dealing 50% more damage.
- Purify: White Tiger will be below 50% health, has a 100% chance to Purify debuffs imposed by the opponent.
- Fury: White Tiger has enough Fury's buff that increases her Attack Rating by 25% while blocking an opponent, or she is blocking an opponent to show her frustration.
- Armor Break: Each non-claw attack inflicts the Armor Break debuff on the opponent, reducing the opponent's Armor Rating by 25% for 7 seconds.
- Taunt: White Tiger, after dodging an opponent's attacks, imposes the Taunt debuff on them, reducing the opponent's Attack Rating and increasing the chance of activating the opponent's Special Attack by 70% for 10 seconds.
- Nullify: If the opponent is Taunted, White Tiger has a 100% chance to Nullify the opponent's buffs with Medium and Light attacks.
- Unblockable: If the opponent is Taunted, White Tiger's Special Attacks are Unblockable.
- Power Steal: Each Critical Hit has a 100% chance to steal 18% of the opponent's Power from the Power Bar, giving that 18% to White Tiger.
Sig Ability - Amulets of Power:
- White Tiger starts the fight with a special permanent buff called "Tiger Amulets of Power". Each Tiger Amulets of Power buff increases Attack Rating and Special Attack Damage by 25%.
- White Tiger can get more of these buffs up to a maximum of 5. White Tiger gets one Tiger Amulets of Power buff after defeating an opponent.
- With the Tiger Amulets of Power buff, each time an opponent gets a boost to Attack Rating (Fury), Critical Damage Rating (Cruelty), Special Attack Damage (Prowess), etc..., the damage of White Tiger's Special Attacks is increased by 10%. However, if the opponent has gained one full Power Bar, the damage of White Tiger's Special Attacks will be increased by +20%. This effect will not go away until White Tiger uses his Special Attacks.
Always Active - Feline Senses:
- White Tiger starts a fight with a permanent True Strike buff that ignores Armor, Resistance, Auto-Block, and Evade effects.
- White Tiger has a 100% chance to Evade projectile attacks when not blocking.
- While blocking, White Tiger gets a buff of Precision and Cruelty every 3 seconds, increasing her Critical Rating and Critical Damage Rating by 25%.
