AW Battle Groups keeps automatically changing

Anybody else's alliance having this issue, or know why this is happening? We're trying to run 1 BG in AW, but most of the time it automatically switches back to 2 BGs. Today, I've had to change it back to 1 BG from 2 BGs, 3 times and its only 4pm here!

Yes, I hit the confirmation button

No, none of the other officers are messing with me 😆

    Update: it seems to say it's changed to two BGs, but when the BG actually starts, it's one after all

    And I am aware that it defaults to showing 2 BGs. I've had to go back to 1 BG and "confirm" it

    My alliance usually runs 2BG and since this ridiculous persistent placement phase, it randomly swaps between 2 and 3 BG’s with no rhyme or reason

    I like the persistent placement. But I don't like that it keeps swapping the number of battle groups

    Just happened again and none of us officers caught it before the war started. We had it set to one BG and it started as two
