Challenges don't give reward

in Bugs and Known Issues
i am trying to complete the mission journey of the chosen one. is now on the mission for a 3 star dr strange. unfortunately I can't get past the first quest. 1/15 New Entrant Daily Challenges. ( complete the daily mission : trials on hard difficulty ) done them all and don't get the reward. can someone help?

    The problem with this question is that probably like 98% of us have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and cant test anything quickly since it sounds like it's for new summoners. You'd have way better luck asking kabam support directly
