Cannot play battlegrounds.

I’ve been playing on a new account for just less than two months and recently hit thronebreaker, so I’ve been able to access battlegrounds for quite a while. However the first time I tried to play battlegrounds, just after becoming uncollected, nothing happened. I clicked “PLAY NOW”, and then “SACRIFICE ENERGY”, and then “FIND OPPONENT”, but instead of beginning to find a match, the game does nothing. I tried waiting a while, up to 15 minutes, to see if it was just a delay, but still nothing happened. I have enough energy, I have a full champion deck, I am eligible to play, so why won’t it work? I have tried every troubleshooting method (restart app, restart phone, reinstall app, log out/log in, update app, update phone) but nothing has changed this. Over the past month I have reached out to Kabam support 3 times to try and get this problem fixed but they always tell me that they are working on and then the problem doesn’t get solved. Has anyone else faced this issue and has a solution to the problem? I’ve missed so many rewards through my inability to play this game mode and am sick of just submitting a support ticked again and again to no avail. Any advice to solve this problem is greatly appreciated!

    I had the same issue, waiting 30 + mins without any match. Found a solution though, i was using data, when turning wifi on i could find matches in 10-15 secs as usual. I still dont know why its like that

    Hmm I’ve been connected to wifi every time I’ve tried. Just then I tried both on data and on wifi and had the same problem. Thanks for the comment though, good to know someone else had a similar issue.
