I’m finishing my quest to 100% Act 5
And the last quest has a map design that kinda annoys me




Like, why am I spending 16 energy doing nothing?

Why are there so many consecutive spaces with absolutely nothing on them?

    The designers just did whatever they felt like, maybe for a bit of fun or to relieve boredom.
    I'd still rather empty nodes than another 3 defenders.

    If it wasnt designed like this they'd put the nodes elsewhere to get that energy. The quests have a certain amount of total energy cost and the designers just do whatever they want with how it looks as long as it has that amount of nodes

    But honestly I’d prefer if the nodes weren’t this explicitly empty y’know lol

    Like if they were on the paths, I would mind it less
