How Would This Fight be Approached?

I was doing Incursions then I bumped into some Korg Boss with

Fisticuffs
Power Snack
Power Sting

Those are the notable ones. I died. Left. Didn't realize I shouldve asked for help before taking on the path.

Just in case I run into anything like this or maybe exactly this again, who would be best to take against this Korg? Or should I give up and try again?

    I also had buff cornucopia so If I ever triggered a buff, he would gain power. Heimdall would just get nullified. I tried. And died. And tried. And died. I think he also had the node where he would Regen 20% of his max HP periodically or something like that. Not arc overload.
