Returning player/fresh paragon LF active alliance

I have played almost 2 years ago, now I’m back
Got paragon yesterday, very active, have solid skills, but would need time to learn new champs
BG:
I highly enjoy BGs, so would like to find an alliance that’s active and preferably hits all milestones
AQ:
Map 6 would be preferable, never done maps 7-8
AW:
I would like to be a part of alliance that does all 3 groups with full diversity. However chill with death because I would need time to learn all the new champs. So alliance that comfortably stays in gold 1 would be perfect. My roaster is weak but I would be ok to rank specific champs if that would be asked
