Starting fights in heavy attack

I'm starting fights with a heavy attack when I'm not pressing the right side of my phone. I don't know why is this happening. It isn't my phone, I know that for a fact. This has been happening for about 3 months at the very least. Has this happened to anyone else? Because this seems like a really weird input bug.
