Missing 'Crimson Blade' crystal shards

Is anyone else missing their cav 'Crimson Blade' crystal shards?
I am usually able to convert the shards to crystals, a few days after the monthly event has ended.
I didn't pay attention to the timer this time around, but its missing from my crystals tab.
I have closed and restarted the game twice and its still not showing up

    You need to claim crystals before the month or event ends, otherwise you lose the shards.
