6 Star Nexus Trade-In

Hey people, just wondering about something regarding the option to trade in your legends tokens for a 6* Nexus. So it was announced that the offer would be available today (September 6th) and so I checked the featured store but the offer didn’t pop up. I’m only Thronebreaker so I wasn’t able to get all 3 of the tokens, just one. And a Paragon friend of mine said that the offer popped up for him. So is the offer exclusive to Paragons or is it just a bug? Thanks for any help!
