I bought an item, did not deliver

I bought a package in the store about a month or two ago. It included a 6-star character (min. level required). I was not yet at the min. Level, but was one level under. I have since surpassed min. level, but I have not received the 6-star crystal that I PAID for. Fix this for me please?
