Missing App Notifications

I used to get more notifications from game than I do today including full energy (quest, aq & aw), alliance mode starts (aq & aw), crystals (free & daily), general notifications for new quests (& daily quests, useless) & offers. Recently I've only been getting the general notifications & offers. The other notifications were significantly more useful in determining when to log in in-game. Is anyone else having this issue / see it as an issue?
