Missing I AM AN EMPIRE objetives

I can`t find "I AM AN EMPIRE" solo objetives in game and i don`t know if is a bug or i didn`t look well. ¿Anyone knows where i can find?

Are the objetives for defeating Gladiator with tech, mystics or similar and the prices are the awakening gem or 7 star shards.

    Same. It’s possible they appear once Tier 9 become unlocked would be my only thought.
