Is shuri bugged against buffett nodes?

I just fought a kitty pride on buffett/invigorous assualt node and buffett was triggering whenever I used dexterity. This should not be happening as shuri doesnt recieve a buff from using dexterity correct? Before this last update ive taken that before without issue so what has changed?

    I fought kitty on the intercept/mighty charge node in war. So mighty charge purifies debuffs and prowess power grants prowess when a debuff is purified. But it triggered every time she dashed even when she didn’t have debuffs on her

    I just realized what happened to me... when i fought against buffett node in the past i wasnt using the armour burn tactic. The tactic is what screwed me over, whenever i heavy attacked or used a special attack the tactic gave me an armour up buff which then got consumed.... gotta love it when the attacker tactic makes your champion worse lmao

    It should give a passive armour instead :(
