What's wrong with the relics?

For some reason I cannot unbind or swap relics from certain champions. Also can't swap or unequip runestones.
Care to elaborate, Kabam? Only champion that was unavailable to unbind due to placement on AQ/AW/Quest was Absorbing Man.
