Rank Up Advice please! 4-star Rogue(unduped) or 5-Star Black Panther (unduped)

I have a dilemma... Black Panther (Civil War - 1/25) is my highest Skill Champ (no 4-stars) but I can rank up my 4-star Rogue (30/30) !!!

I have a 4-star ArcAngel (40/40) and a 4-star Nebula (40/40) so this choice will complete my "Killer Trio.

With the great advice I recieved in here, Rogue was my next upgrade but I recently got 2 more tier-4 Catalysts making an upgrade of my only 5-star possible...

I'm only just discovering Black Panther's abilities (heavy attack etc...) but I need the wisdom available here to determine my next step!!!

    Rogue. I just took mine to 4/40 and hoping to one day take her to 5/50 when I get the mats.

    Done!! And proceeded to max her out to 40/40!!

    Thanks to Mutant Advancement Event I ended up with 1-10% bonus from that too!!!

    So Win Win Win !!!
