**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

Paragon Gauntlet

I did thronebreaker event quest 100 percent exploration. Then I became paragon. Reset the game. Everything is good. But the special objective with the paragon gauntlet ticket is unclaimable and still says go now. I ran a path again in thronebreaker eq to see if that would kick it in. But it's still not giving the ticket for gauntlet or the 25 percent t6cc fragment crystal. Any suggestions for getting the ticket?

    From the service perspective of kabam, they should implement a standard solution for that. Ticketing must be crazy on their side. There is definitely room for improvement to satisfy summoners and relieve service employees.

    Agreed. Especially since sometimes the request is successful and sometimes the summoner is told no and to wait until next month.

    They should easily be able to track the progress of the objectives in the background while players are below the required progression level, but only make it claimable afterwards. No idea why they haven't already done that.
