Paragon Gauntlet for new Paragon?

Just became paragon today, but I had already explored this month's eq thronebreaker difficulty a few days ago. The objective to get the paragon gauntlet ticket appeared, but is at 0/1. I tried going in and just doing a quest in tb difficulty to see if it would recognize the 100% exploration after but didn't work. Wondering if anyone knows if this is intended and I just have to wait for next month?

Put in a ticket to support, previous reports on being successful seem close to 50/50. Requirements were completed before you were at the intended progression level - you may be granted it, you may be told to wait until next month. Good luck!
