AW rewards aren't worth the time??

So with new updates to certain stores and modes, AW is now by FAR the weakest of them all in terms of time to rewards. Kabam just shut down and said that they are only adding some scarce relics to aw rewards this season. This is a horrible move for anyone in aw other than the master alliances. Anyone in plat just isn't getting rewarded for their efforts compared to different game modes.
Its frustrating because war is the best way to grow alliance unity and I love the competition, however kabam doesn't seem to care about it at the moment. Hopefully, we will see a buff coming before cyber weekend because if not, it will become pointless to invest lots of time in for most of the player base.

    On the other hand, for someone like me who enjoys alliance wars for what they are, this is perfect cause I take part in something I enjoy and get some extra goodies for doing it and people who don’t enjoy it can skip on it and don’t feel too bad for the rewards they miss out on

    There is the 7* AW crystal coming. If you want those champs as 7* in the near future, AW is more appealing

    My alliance are just gonna use the 40% revives in future seasons until they buff the rewards overall, which reflects time spent. We are consistently plat 3/4. But we still spend a lot of time behind the scenes sorting out diversity, assigning paths, communicating each war.
    It’s more than just doing a few 5 minute fights each war, it’s time consuming and it’s pressured. Now the rewards aren’t even worth it, just creating an even bigger gap between the top 1% of the playerbase and the rest!!

    Platinum war rewards getting shafted with not even a spec of 7 star titan shards. Would’ve appreciated to get at least some titan shards!

    Gonna have to hard disagree here. I easily spent more time just trying to go from Vib 3 to GC last season than the entirety of my War season fights.

    That’s what we do, no spend on resources other than the cheap revives. Usually in plat 4.
