Battlegrounds Accept

I made a new acc and as an uncollected, I want to do battlegrounds. However I can't get a match. This is not because I won't find anybody, it's because I keep getting rejected. I keep on needing search for a fight 8 times before actually getting into a match. All the time, I get the fight request, accept it, and it just rejects. What is happening? Is this happening to you guys? I need help her because it takes me about 10-15 minutes minimum to find 1 match.
