Ascension rewards disappear?

Hi all
I just finished the battlegrounds objectif to get the last dust I needed but after claiming, it’s like I never claimed .. I did all the other thing that give ascension dust .. any idea ? I restart the game once already

    the dust from that objective was for 5 star ascension. The tier 2 dust is in the last objective you haven’t done yet
