Relic misses hits

Does anyone else have an issue with their relic missing their hits? I have Kitty Pride with a Wolverine relic that completely misses when I go to use the relic after a 5 hit combo. This only seems to happen in Battlegrounds and I reported it last season, but like usual, nothing was done to fix it.
