Conquer Has Access To Battlegrounds

This is my alt account and it’s conquer yet it has access to battlegrounds. Idk if this is a glitch or something else?

    can you actually get a match tho?
    even when my alt account was cavalier the account rating was too low (under 200k) and pressing find match did not do anything. it did not even start looking for a match.
    had to rank a couple champs before i could find actually play
