Act 4 and 5 buffed rewards not recieved yet

Its been nearly a month since kabam said they will give the buffed rewards to people who did act 4 and 5 under the 90 days period and yet I haven't received anything .Im confident I fall under the 90 days timeframe infact I think no player has received it yet.If kabam can stop being ignorant and send these rewards, the players will be really grateful

I also haven't received. I completed Act 5, first 3 chapters within their time frame (~30 day before announcement). Though last chapter i did after new rewards to keep it safe. I don't really mind not receiving rewards for this so haven't asked or posted on it but hopefully they have the resolution as they had promised.

I created my alternate account on July 26th 2023 I believe I was Cavalier by the 26th of august. This being said I would have had to coast through act five and four to get to 6.1 I still have not gotten my updated rewards!
