Why i am not getting enlistment alliance milestones?

I was on break from game for sometime, read the cap enlistment events n other stuff for this month.
Got me back in it & now that i joined this alliance which already covered all the milestones before i can join.
( waited for all the timer to end for eligibility & to claim them by contributing after the timer ends )
Did couple of restart of the game , still nothing.
Why i am not able to get those milestones? Anyone here knows?
