7 star incursion artifact crystal changed

Why is it that on September 10th, when I noticed this crystal, it was available to me... yet a mere 6 days later when I looked again it has a lock and says it requires me to own eight 7 star champs?... well Kabam... good job on being lame... you never cease to amaze me on how much you enjoy screwing over your players...

must’ve been a visual bug? it’s always been the requirement that you need 8 7 stars to be able to buy it
