If you played this game in 2018-2019, you would have known that namor’s chance to inflict a bleed on his mediums was 30%. Right now, it’s 60%. I believe this game should have moved past that. It takes up to a minute to ramp up his damage for fights. Previously it used to take at most 20-35 seconds. I’m honestly asking is the chance to cause bleeds could be reverted back to 30%
