BG freezing during matchmaking; losing EM

Does anyone else get times where they accept a BG match and they get a permanent loading spinning circle? Then the only option is quit out? I just realized that it's counting those as forfeits as it took away elders marks for the fight. Seems like that is a huge bug, but didn't know if I'm the only one having this.

    I had a match freeze while I was selecting a pre-fight yesterday. Eventually, the game came back but with 40 seconds already run on the fight counter. Lucky for me, the opponent (intentionally or unintentionally or due to similar glitch) lost badly, so my 40K score wound up being a win.
