Act 4 missing masteries points

I am a tb player but did not 100% completed the act 4 do I am missing masteries because of the update please when we will get those masteries so that I can setup the ultimate mastery set up I want from so long please
Do some thing about those masteries points and yll said tha your were gonna compansate then how long more please do it thx
