Champion abilities not visible

On 6th sep, when I update the game, I found out that my champion abilities like scorp, abs man, torch pre-fight ability, and many more all gone and dusted. It is not visible and not usable.

I reported this to kabam before 16 days, still not got my problem solved .
How much longer I can wait now??

Kabam always reply that ""we are investigating """. But how much time??

And this is not happen to all. My friends are not facing, ally members not facing. Only I am struggling.

Will kabam resolve this ASAP and compensate??

Why?? Then I will leave this game. Firstly, they are making mistakes every update and we are suffering, and this time only I am suffering, even then if they don't compensate then I will not play this game again.

JFC the abilities are still there and usable. The icons are just no longer showing on the champion screen.
