Purchase in unit store not rewarding all items

I recently purchased a package in unit store, and wasn't rewarded the 5* awakening gem, and also a different package with the 4* crystal, which I purchased 2 times. I logged out, and then logged back in, and still no 5* awakening gem, or my 2nd 4* crystal.
