Became paragon but paragon difficulty not opening

Today I became paragon, could you please confirm why Paragon difficulty is not opening for me.

Most likely, because they put a lock on it so only Pre-event Paragons only access

Try restarting your game. Otherwise, you may have to submit a ticket. This has been happening to a bunch of people

You weren’t paragon when you met the requirement. Submit a ticket is the way.

You first completed TB 100% and later became Paragon? Then it might make sense.

My mini is Cav and it shows up, but I know I won’t be able to access it anyways since you have to be Paragon before the event started.

Did you claim the ticket from solo objective after 100% TB. Without claiming it you won't access Gauntlet.

Today I became paragon, could you please confirm why Paragon difficulty is not opening for me.

They mentioned specifically in the live stream that you needed to be paragon before the event started.

Basically without being paragon at the beginning of the month, you won’t get the “paragon only objective” for the ParaGauntlet. And thus wont be able to enter at all.

I was TB at the beginning of the month. I fully explored the TB EQ, then became Paragon. I had the same problem you did.

I opened a ticket with Kabam support, and got the following reply:

"Thank you for contacting us with this concern. I understand that you have fully explored the Monthly Thronebreaker Event Quest but the Solo Objective has not marked as completed.

I understand that you are concerned about the incomplete Solo Objective and we do have opportunities to assist players with that under specific circumstances. I have reviewed this account, and since it did qualify for support to mark it as completed, I have completed your request."

When I re-opened the game, the objective was marked complete and I was able to claim the ticket and complete the Paragon Gauntlet.

tl;dr: open a ticket with Kabam support and they'll fix it for you.
