Civil Warrior Buff (Yes, another one)

Since we are getting a 7 stars CW, i was thinking ¿How make him more useful today? and it comes to my mind this type of rework. Take note that this draft can change and i would appreciate the comments and that's stuff. I will myself doing my own revisions from this too in another time.

Without further ado, here it is.

Civil Warrior Buff

Old kit

Always Active
Civil Warrior’s combination of Super Soldier and advanced Start Tech renders him immune to Nullify and Stagger efects.
For each Armor Up Buff active on CW, reduce the opponent’s Bleed and Poison AA by 25%

Personal Armor Up Buffs
Unless otherwise stated, Civil Warrior’s Armor Up Buffs provide +250 Armor Rating and last 11 seconds.

All Attacks
Every 5th basic attack that either champion throws has a 100% chance to grant 1 Armor Up Buff.

Dash Back and Hold Block for 1.2 second
Civil Warrior converts al lof his Armor Up Buffs into Fury Buffs, with each providing +471.24 Attack Rating for 12 seconds.
These Fury Buffs have a max stack of 50 and are refreshed each time an Armor Up Buff in converted this way.

Heavy Attacks
100% chance ton inflict a 10 seconds Heal Block Debuff, preventing the target from recovering Health.

Special Attacks
When launched: Pause all Armor Up Buffs for 20 seconds.
On Hit: Pause all Heal Block Debuffs on the opponent for 6 seconds.

Special Attack 1
Gain up to 4 Armor Up Buff(s). 100% chance each.

Special Attack 2
100% chance to Power Burn 2 Bar(s) of Power, dealing direct damage proportional to the amount of Power lost.

Special Attack 3
The opponent is passively Power Lock during this attack.
100% to inflict Power Drain, removing 1 Bar(s) of Power. If the target is reduced to 0 Power, they also receive a Power Lock Debuff for 10 seconds, preventing them from gainin Power.

Signature Ability
Civil Warrior begins the fight with 2 indefinite Armor Up Buffs.
Blocking during the opponent’s Special Attack inflict them with a Passive Weakness, reducing their Attack Rating by 60%. This is also true if Civil Warrior was blocking prior to a Special Attack 3.

New

Always active
Civil Warrior’s combination of Super Soldier and advanced Start Tech renders him immune to Nullify and Stagger efects. This also grants immunity to Bleed and Poison effects.
Since Civil Warrior perfomance on the AAR against Bleed and Posion wasn’t consistent due to the lack of Armor Up Buffs most of the time, making him fully immune will resolve that in my opinion.
I also was thinking of adding an immunity to Fate Seal and maybe another immunity against a Damaging Debuff but his performance is all right with these 4 immunities so i discarded that for now.

Jocasta’s AI (Pre-Fight Ability)
Civil Warrior Stark tech provides him with an advanced AI at the starts of every fight.
While Jocasta is active and when Civil Warrior have at least 1 Armor Up Buff(s), she will convert them automatically into Fury Buffs every X seconds and every Armor Up Buff will be converted 1 at a time.
If Civil Warrior is struck by a Cosmic Champion or is struck by a Heavy Attack, Jocasta AI starts to reboot and reactivates after 12 seconds.
Since Civil Warrior has an easy Access to Armor Up Buffs with every 5th hit and the Special 1, the adittion of Jocasta will improve faster the build up of the Fury Buffs. Additionally, because each Armor Up is converted one at a time, you have a better chance of keeping your Armor Buffs for a little bit longer and having more Armor Rating against Special or basic attacks.

(I can Do This All Day).
On the Pre-Fight menu, Civil Warrior can deactivated Jocasta and manually convert his Armor Up Buffs by Dashing Back and Holding his Block. Each time this happens, the Fury Buffs build up more slowly per each Armor Up converted this way.
If Jocasta is deactivated, Civil Warrior can still convert his Armor Up Buffs into Fury Buffs. I wanted not took out that ability from him but also i was trying to add Yocasta somehow. So my idea with this is similar to Gambit, where each Kinetic Charge will take more time to build up.
So, with Yocasta you will have control on medium and longer fights and deactivate her for shorter fights. (In my mind this works fine, don’t ask why(?).

Personal Armor Up Buffs
Unless otherwise stated, Civil Warrior’s Armor Up Buffs provide +X Armor Rating and last X seconds.

All Attacks
Every 5th basic attack that either champion throws has a 100% chance to grant 1 Armor Up Buff.

Personal Fury Buffs
Civil Warrior can convert his Armor Up Buffs into Fury Buffs with Jocasta AI or Dashing Back and blocking by X seconds, with each providing +X Attack Rating for X seconds.
These Fury Buffs have a max stack of X and are refreshed each time an Armor Up Buff is converted this way.

Blocking against Special Attacks
Blocking during the opponent’s Special Attack inflict them with a Passive Weakness, reducing their Attack Rating by 45%. This is also true if Civil Warrior was blocking prior to a Special Attack 3.
I move his SA to his base kit due the change on his SA so that’s why the reduction from 60% to 45%. Also, even with that reduction, Civil Warrior can reduce the damage a bit more with the Armor Up Buffs he has.
Note: SA=Signature Ability

Heavy Attacks
100% chance to inflict a 10 seconds Spectre debuff, reducing the Regeneration Rate of the opponent.
Since many champions on the game are being immune to Heal Block or are reducing the potency or duration of this and Spectre is only available on 5 champions, i changed it the Heal Block for those reasons. The duration is the same as the Heal Block since was working fine.

On the Fourth Light Attack
The Stark Tech can inflict a Plasma Debuff on the Opponent for 10 seconds dealing X damage over time.
Since the only attack with a beamy way on his basic attacks wasn’t doing nothing and with only one debuff that could be paused, adding another one could improve his control over the fight. The Plasma will be a great addition for his shorter rotation.

Special Attacks
When launched: Pause all Armor and Fury Buffs for X seconds.
On Hit: Pause all Spectre, Decelerate and Plasma Debuffs on the opponent for 5 seconds.

While adding Jocasta to the kit, i wasn’t sure how long the Fury and Armor Up Buffs should be paused, so that’s why i don’t put the duration.
The debuffs on the 4th Light Attack, Heavy and SP1 will have the same pause duration.

Special Attack 1
Gain up to 4 Armor Up Buff(s). 100% chance each.
The training as Captain America, allows Civil Warrior to inflict a Decelerate Debuff for 10 seconds, that lowers Evade and Unstoppable Ability Accuracy by 50%. Max stack: 2.
I was considering pause the Armor Buffs on this Special but since you are being able to pause the Armor Up Buffs prior i don’t see the necesity for that.
Adding another non-damaging debuff on his kit like Decelerate will allow Civil Warrior face up champions or nodes that activates Evade and Unstoppable.

Special Attack 2
100% chance to Power Burn 2 Bar(s) of Power, dealing direct damage proportional to the amount of Power lost. This Direct Damage can scales according with the Fury Buffs que has at the moment of launching an SP.
I feel the Direct Damage he inflicts is lower in comparision with other champions like Peni Parker, Hulkbuster or even Infamous Iron Man. Maybe i’m wrong but the damage could be better.

Special Attack 3
100% to inflict Power Drain, removing 3 Bar(s) of Power. At 0 power, Civil Warrior inflicts a Power Lock Debuff for 10 seconds, preventing them from gainin Power.
Considering that the SP3 now reduces 3 bars of power, erasing the passive Power Lock was the ideal. And with the Power Lock only be applied on the SP3, you cannot preventing the opponent from not gaining power all the time. See this more about using Special Attack 3 as insurance in case it requires more than an ability that you can use freely.

Signature Ability: Arc Reactor
Civil Warrior begins the fight with 1-5 indefinite Armor Up Buffs (rounded down).
Civil Warrior can block Unblockable Special Attacks while Jocasta is active or when Civil Warrior has at least X Furies if Jocasta was deactivated.
Since you gain Armor Up Buffs from the start, Civil Warrior can avoid those annoying Special Attacks more faster without the AI and ramp it up his damage faster.
Additionally, it adds a limit to how you can get armor upgrades with the duplicate, meaning that with 200 singularity you can get the full potential of Civil Warrior while not getting greedy as quickly. Also did that because numbers.
