Possible bundle bug

Don’t know if it’s just me being thick or if it’s an actual problem but the new shard bundles that have just come out say that if you’re uncollected or higher then you have access to buy the 6* shard bundle but when I checked the store it says you need to be cavalier to buy it.. yet again it is most probably me misunderstanding something….
