Compensation for Tests of Valor not triggering?

Didn’t they say twice there would be some sort of compensation for those of us in Alliances where they accidentally shut down the Tests of Valor? That’s a ton of shards/valor that we all missed out on.

They specifically said that the 250k valor was not compensation for that mistake and that their would be another one coming that was just for the affected alliances.

Until a few minutes ago, you would have already gotten your compensation had you been identified as such...now, this just came out
