Paragon Gaunlet Ticket

in Bugs and Known Issues
I seen only one person having the same problem as me, I finish tb event quest(fully explored) and a week later hit paragon, but still the ticket still haven't came. I try doing the last quest over again to see if it will trigger something but nothing. Just want to know is there a way to access it anyhow.

    Younger the ticket for exploring TB as a Paragon. You can try to submit a ticket to support.
