With permanent placement, you no longer get credit for placing defenders each war. Going to the new team screen so you have to re-place your defenders does not count either.

Are we really supposed to remove ourselves from a battlegroup to replace just to get the bulk of the points for this event? I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't work, either.

    No, you don’t get any points for placement now.

    Last season the scoring was updated that moved points from placement into the scoring for getting kills.

    This solo event has been released with the old scoring.
