Nick Fury sure is easy when he's never unblockable

I took Black Cat for a stroll through the Grandmaster's Gauntlet. Unfortunately she wasn't as dominant as I hoped she might be since a lot of defenders were immune to either debuffs or ability accuracy modification, both of which hurt her damage output and overall usability. However, she did really, really well in two fights - Killmonger and Nick Fury.
Killmonger is pretty much a perfect fight for her. She counters almost everything he has to offer once she gets going. She shuts off his reverberation, bypasses his indestructible passives and ignores his counterpunch charges. I was low on combo shields by the time I fought him so I didn't have the luxury of playing just as aggressively as I normally do, which is why I parried him a few times and therefore got a bunch of bleeds on me thanks to the Sharpened Claws node. Luckily they weren't too strong.
However, as soon as I got off my first SP2, the fight was basically over. After that, everything went really smoothly.

Next up was Nick Fury.
The good thing about the fight is that there aren't a bunch of tough nodes to worry about. The bad thing about the fight is that Nick Fury is always enough to worry about. However, Black Cat is a good counter for him since she can prevent him from gaining his Tactical Charges when struck. He can still gain them if he uses his SP1, but it's still a lot more manageable than even for mutant attackers. In fact, in this fight, he doesn't go unblockable once.
We can all pretend that the reason why I threw an SP1 when he was at around 95% power and almost pushed him to an SP3, was that I wanted a cleanse passive in case something went wrong in his second life. It was totally not the result of me fumbling an attempted dash backwards and accidentally pressing the special attack button.

But a pro tip when fighting Nick Fury with Black Cat - don't apply the Sabotage debuff while he is unblockable. If you do, you won't be able to strike him out of it and instead have to wait for his Tactical charges to drop off naturally. That might leave him unblockable for way longer than he might have been otherwise, especially if he uses SP1s to increase his Tactical charges every now and again.
I may have, uh, learned that the hard way. Multiple times.

Either way, Mole Man is one of those champs I really need to rank up. I have mine at r3. I really started liking him but then the whole nerf fiasco happened and I got kind of scared off. But I know he can do great things.
he can block unblockable
