Wrong BG Timer and kabam stealing my 6* shards …

I was crafting 6 Star shards for the 11 featureds to trade in … i had 80k and went on buying 30k from bg store, when there was an error message saying not able to Buy… After that i restarted and then i could only buy 15k shards Which ist Not enough to get myself anywhere near 165k for 11 feats… and added to this my Reset Timer For the 6* shards is 8days … in a shop Which resets weekly…
