1.3m loyalty vanished after buying 1.5m 7* loyalty deal

I bought1.5m 7* this deal in the morning ... After a couple of hours later when I logged in I saw another 1.3m loyalty deduction in my I'd and some boosts appeared in my item section... i mailed kabam for this issue but they didn't reply... what should I do now? Anyone please help me😢
